To be a Toastmaster

How Does One Become A Competent Communicator?

You have to complete the Competent Communication (CC) manual, which in effect means you will have to work your way through the ten speech projects contained therein. After you have finished your manual, you will need to complete the registration information in the back of the manual and send it in to World Headquarters in California.

How Does One Become An Advanced Communicator?

Advanced Communication (AC) is the next level of Toastmasters achievement after the CC. If you like, you can consider the CC the "core curriculum" and the AC your actual "major", as there are 15 "specializations" you can choose from, to get your AC.
